- Product must be claimed within 14 days of receiving shipment
- Item(s) must be kept in original packaging and shipping box, along with original invoice
- Customer is responsible to utilize a reliable shipping method with tracking. Birch Maison is not liable for products that are lost in transit back to our facility
- Returns cannot be processed until received and reviewed by our RMA department
- Customer is responsible for all charges associated with returns. Birch Maison does not refund shipping charges.
