Your Satisfaction with our product is our priority... If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please contact us via email or contact us form and reference your Date of Purchase and Order #. Please note the following:

• Product must be claimed within 14 days of receiving shipment
• Item(s) must be kept in original packaging and shipping box, along with original invoice
• Customer is responsible to utilize a reliable shipping method with tracking. Birch Maison is not liable for products that are lost in transit back to our facility
• Returns cannot be processed until received and reviewed by our RMA department
• Customer is responsible for all charges associated with returns. Birch Maison does not refund shipping charges.
